Refund policy

Digital downloads can’t be returned, but we want every pack to work for you.

• If a file is broken, missing or doesn’t match the product page, write to us and we’ll fix it or refund you.
• If the pack doesn’t work in your engine and we can’t help you get it working, you get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
• Bought the same pack twice, or a single volume shortly before the Mega Pack? Write to us and we’ll sort it out.

Before buying, try the free samples: they use the same rig, animations and textures as the full packs.
